I'm not completely finished with the book to be honest but it has transformed me so much already I had to share my thoughts. This book has made me realize that a mental illness is simply not knowing what's really going on. Which is "you are not your mind!" Read this book and find out why I say this. So if you think you have a mental illness or have been diagnosed, Please Read This Book! Seriously it came to a point where I would have some thoughts and say to myself "Why am I thinking this? I don't even agree with my thoughts?"
