I had heard of this book and to be honest was very disappointed. The only good thing is that the book is relatively short, but it just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. Basically, my recommendation would be "DON'T read it", and don't waste your time. If you want to read something that actually makes sense, read Tao Te Ching. Note to myself, never read anything that's recommended by Oprah. Can't believe it was on NYT best selling for years.
