Definitely would recommend and would read again many times over!

I am done with the book, but I still don't feel like I'm done with it. There is just so much to digest in there but the author presents it beautifully that the reading just flows. Basically, the book is just one big Q and A, which is perfect!! But all those who might want to read it, here's a word of warning for you. This is not a book that can just be read in one sitting. It's better to read a little, then apply it as you go along.
As for me personally, the book has, and is helping me tremendously. I like to use it as a small island of solace when the sea just becomes an ocean of trouble.
Just a really good book, I didn't regret any moment I spent with it. Just be sure to keep an open mind as you are reading it
