“It is not uncommon for people to spend their whole life waiting to start living.”

This book can help you take responsibility for your ‘inner space’. It’ll teach you that both the past and the future are illusions created by the mind – That there is nothing more important than ‘the present moment’. And, that we have a lot less control over our lives than we realise, and insisting on creating that false sense of control can only bring about pain.

This book is a must-read. It doesn’t bring about anything new, but it makes you look at the well-known advice from a slightly different perspective. I’m not a big fan of books that focus too heavily on spirituality, but this one is pretty good. Yes the message is fairly simple when you get to the core of it, and yes I could do without some of the pages, but that doesn’t take away the fact that it is a sound message.

Love it or Hate it, but Read it.
