At the beginning I found it really interesting and "enlightening", very pleasant to read, but after half of the book it becomes a little boring and repetitive... A kind of religious treaty I would say... Considering the book on the whole, I would suggest to read it in order to see our life from a different point of view and try to overcome annoying daily anxieties and worries.
