Some reviewers have criticized this book for being too simplistic or repetitive, but I have to say that I think it is a useful text no matter where you are on your spiritual journey/path to enlightenment.
While I personally considered myself more aware and present 'in the now' than most upon starting to read this book, I found that the "Power of Now" really helped to reinforce concepts I already knew, while providing tools to more frequently and expediently harness my thoughts and live my life even more present. Additionally, as someone that is often sought out by friends for advice, I found a lot of the language and the ways the author discussed the concepts helpful for building out my own vocabulary and resources to help others.
I highly recommend this book for anyone that is looking to improve their life and achieve joy, happiness, and contentment.
