This book was fascinating - I couldn't put it down. Although I don't agree with some of the spiritual discussion, the point of the book is well taken. All the cliches I have heard since childhood ("Don't worry about tomorrow!) .....and ignored .....were challenged. To institute this philosophy in daily life, especially for a Type A individual is challenging. Great book!
