Good book. He's basically saying to live in the present moment, stop dwelling on the past and worrying about the future. He also talks about enlightenment, which is becoming extremely conscious. To do that, he says you have to be present right now, and try to stop depending on time (the past and the future). He believes that time is psychological. We are the only species that walks around worried about what happened and what will happen, while right now, passes us by. Every other species' just lives. It's quite interesting. The book is written based on a Q&A format. There's questions about his teachings, and his responses are given to each. I found some of his responses repetitive, sacarstic and humourous. I did enjoy it however. It was informative, every sentence had meaning. He sure knows how to write a book about what he could have said in two sentences. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone religious or disinterested in spirituality.
