This book came highly recommended from all corners. Frankly, I am a bit confused abut the whole thing of Being present entirely in the Now. The mind of course operates in memories or future. Being present in Now seems logical thing to do but I didn't get much clarity on the How part of it. Might be I am still operating from the space of "mind" as author puts it. Or might be there is still some awakening needed in me to fully make sense of this text.
