The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

The book was good. It was rich in content and is applicable in numerous circumstances. Do I agree with everything that was said? No. But it was indeed interesting reading this man's perspective on spirituality.
One of the main reasons why I rated the book a bit low, was that he constantly used the New Testament verses out of context. Sayings by Jesus, and also from the book of Revelations. One example (minor spoiler): He said the second coming of Jesus was not actually the coming of a person, but of a new mind. False. This happened through out the book, and he also quotes Buddha several times. Now I am not buddhist, so I would not know if he did the same.
He makes great points in inner change. I especially enjoyed the portion in relationships and the concept of surrender.
