I enjoyed this book. It was a great starting point for trying to work toward calming my mind and living in the present.

Some of it is a bit much. I started the book twice before I finished it, but perhaps I just wasn't ready for it the first time.

I have read that the workbook is helpful and will probably buy that one next.
