My first book towards 'Self-Development' I've read.

For me personally it was an eye-opening book as it was my first encounter with the concepts of 'being aware' and 'living in the moment'. I was already doing that to some small extend but by becoming completely aware of these concepts and energy flows I was able to take my personal and work life to a next level. Although I disliked the book because of its high spiritual approach and a lot of repetition I like this book because it opened a lot of doors for me.

I'm a bit hesitant though for part 2 because of too much spirituality crap.
