Amazing book! So glad that someone recommended this to me. The ideas in this book definitely have helped me see my life through a different lens. I also appreciate how this book is geared toward people of all faiths. I read it over several months and I think you'd get the most out of it by doing it that way. Took off one star because the language was too complex sometimes and I think that could make it hard for some people to understand/may turn them off.
