did not like it

I feel that people will either love or hate this book. I hated the question and answer setup. I think it's crazy to believe anything this guy it talking about. He says we think too much, and we should step back and live on the"now." Well my good friends, Tolle wants you to clear your mind and listen to your next thought. Isn't that thinking? Also the part about women are closer to enlightenment due to their menstrual cycle? Are you kidding me? I don't believe you can always live in the "now." I mean let's be serious. If the past is in the past and the future hasn't happened, that doesn't mean you should go golfing if there's gonna be lightning. If there's no lightning now, and I'm living in the"now" I'm telling you I will become the past. In regards to this man talking about the Bible, I found that he twisted the words to make it fit his argument. I'll tell you right now I am no expert (far from it) but this man talks about the cross as a symbol of the worst thing in you're life, turning into the best thing that ever happened to you. Well kind sir, I'm sure if you ask Jesus if he felt the same way he would disagree! The cross was a piece of wood that this man was stapled to! Plain and simple, easy now mister Tolle, you're over thinking this. Close your eyes, sit down, and shut up.
