It's a book that can't be read in one sitting (or at least I couldn´t). I highly recommend it and would suggest to read it while travelling or going through a hard time in life. It helps you understand the idea of no future and no past, both are ideas of the mind, and in the moment when you accept that message you actually realize it was always there, you knew that before, but you were so busy rejecting your present and creating suffering.
