Powerful book. There are as many practical teachings on this book as deep insights about cosmology: mind/consciousness. Though i think you would need certain level of knowledge of the teachings beforehand to extract the precious and real meaning behind the book .
Still, its methods and teachings can be put into practice by anyone with an interest in self improvement or any truth seeker in general.
