In a word: yuck. I've read a bunch of different text on "mindfulness" lately, and this seemed like it was all a very similar concept, but too much new-agey-hocus-pocus. Bleh. If you're really interested in the idea of "living in the now" read Jon Kabat-Zinn's "Mindfulness for Beginners."

Dipesh Dharawat good review. after reading the book i ran out naked outside my house. this is what the book done to me. it ruined my entire life and my career. i was severly beaten by the public and sent to a rehab for 2 months and put on regourous sleep therepy over there. also i got a shot of flu decconate injection in my waist compulsively without my will.

this book really sucks.



i hate this book cos it is very strong book.
