It I think this book should be considered as more of an advanced guide that one can relate after consistent meditation for at least a few months. It was saddening to read reviews of people who found it offensive the answers of Tolle starting with " you are not listening" and " you dont understand it." If you also read the book and thought that way, I recommend giving this book a well deserved second chance after meditating 20min daily for two months.
