unless you're reading this as a sort of introductory self-help text, i think its overrated. it had its moments, but overall, i didn't like the question and answer style. it is fairly thorough though, but i didn't feel like i walked away too enriched and that's saying a lot, since I read it while attending a meditation retreat.
