After a number of people recommended this to me, I finally read it. I enjoyed it a lot, and like the picture Tolle paints of what it's like to live in the present and open to reality. However, I did not find that this book helped at all with actually getting there (e.g. enlightenment, though perhaps wanting to "get there" is the issue, etc). I have heard that regular zen meditation is a way.
