Ugh. I could NOT get through this book. I don't get it. It seemed like it should have a simple theme - being in the now. How complicated is that? The author seems to make it too complicated. I could not handle the writing style of this book and could not figure out why it was such a best seller. (its kind of like The Bridges of Madison County of Personal Growth.)
