Decent self help book. There are lots of useful tidbits to be gleaned. There is also quite a bit of ridiculousness to filter through. I would recommend the read, just don't take everything thing that this "self made spiritual advisor" says as truth. It's always best to read books like this with an open mind, and then decide for yourself.
