I just can't handle self-help books like this one that are so positive -- especially zen and buddhism. I can't quiet my mind and then I feel like a failure. Plus, I want more step-by-step instructions and books like this often have a whole "it can't be taught, you just need to be quite and be" message which is just too vague for me. I was hoping it would change my life though.
