I was looking for a guide to meditation, this is not it. This book is basically stating facts that I am very familiar with. But the tone of the book is condescending and this is very irritating.
As a separate note, I find funny that he goes over and over about not labeling things (ad nauseum), yet he himself put a lot of emphasis on words.
This book didn't reach me. Lots of concepts I am already putting in practice. I wouldn't recommend the book.
