it was amazing

I would give this 4.5 stars. For the most part, it was incredibly enlightening. I only took it down half a star because every once in awhile it lost me and I lost steam. I'm sure that's more of a reflection on my own cognitive abilities. Practicing the Power of Now has been recommended to me highly as a great meditation resource so I will try that next.
