This here is proof positive that if a friend strongly recommends a book I am bound to try it eventually (even if I suspect it's not for me). I think for someone who has never experienced the "now" the book would hold more power. If you've done any yoga, meditation, or ever sat in on a Quaker meeting, you really don't need this book. While there was nothing wrong with it, the entire book was an argument for letting go of the analytical side and focusing on just being. So personally I found it a bit boring, and the Q&A format really didn't work for me.
