I hate to even give this book a star. I guess it was okay. But I felt like Tolle wasn't saying anything new. Furthermore, I simply didn't agree with some of his ideas...suggesting that homosexuals have an easier time in connecting with their "pain body"... That idea alone felt over generalized and simplistic.

I just didn't get the feel good experience that led Oprah to bring him on her show. I am glad that he has helped others...
