Normally, I stay the hell away from 'self-help' books since they generally are crap. But I thought I would 'broaden' my mind and read this book - which was recommended to me by a few distants friends. Its confusing and not easy to understand. It can be a bit scattered and at times very difficult to follow. And more importantly, it screams CULT FOLLOWING BOOK! Totally not worth all the hype or the paper its written on. It doesn't even deserve the one star.
