Part of this book had a good point of enjoying each moment. I just cannot get my head around how it can be good to not plan or set goals. My whole life I have been working toward goals, it is what guides and drives me...so, I cannot just be Present! I do strongly agree with letting the past go and healing. I also believe it is important to remember the lessons as to not repeat the pain!
Eckart is by far the worst public speaker I have ever had to endure. he is totally monatone, boring and hard to follow. I really don't agree with him and do appreciate being happy in the moment which is really easy if all your needs are taken care of and you live on an Ashram or Yoga Retreat Center etc..., and you can just sit and meditate all day, but that is just not reality for most of us. Sorry
