The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

This is not a self help/ self improvment book. It is more about to some extent, new age philosophy. Preliminary based on Buddhism it offers the concept of how to live in the present being a self being, neutral yet conscious. I enjoyed certain parts where the author recited passages from various religious and the use of conversational format to answer questions from readers. What I didn't like was how the book lacked cohesiveness with ideas and philosophies. Additionally it lacked perceptual depth on some major subjects.
The book would require a 2nd reading but I will forgo this task. Overall, nothing new here still good enough for a read.
