Conceptually it is good..but this man's personal sexist ideas (albeit not overtly sexist -- just the stuff one can get away with like making generalizations) shines thru...rather annoying! In addition, his perception of religion which only comes in one flavor i.e. Christianity also starts to annoy. Would be better if the author could make it more about spirituality as the title suggests.
