The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

A sentence here or there might strike me, but frankly I find this kind of book just plain difficult to read. I feel like I am listening to a politician yammering on in vague generalities when I read it. I have to go back and re-read whole pages because it makes my mind drift. But maybe that's just me. I will clearly never be enlightened. At least by reading this book.

Why waste your time rereading pages from a book that didn't captivate you? Study group?

Honestly, I was thinking maybe I was MISSING something. Wasn't sure if I was just too tired or maybe had Mama brain. Come to think of it, either of those statements could be true, but...I tried for about 30 pages. That was all I could do. :)
