You must be in the right head space to read this book. However, that being said, I did have troubles with some parts of the book. A bit repetitious, this book takes focus to read. I did feel like it was a bunch of jumbled together, hear what I have to say jargon. Not really got into the book as much as just listened to it (audio book).
