Not an easy read. Very spiritual. I love the concept but its work to conceptualize. I highly recommend it for people in pain or anyone who wants to stop yelling at themselves in their own heads. I keep going back to it for more, if you like meditation or yoga I'd be surprised if you hadn't already read this.
