I wasn't ready for this book for several years. Would read first few chapters and get bored due to his bland too new agey tone. But because it was recommended to me by a dearest friend, I finally got through it via an audiobook (which I don't recommend because the author sounds even haughtier). Yes this guy goes and takes all the religions and their wisdoms and smooshes it into a live-in-the-present mantra. The last chapter on surrendering is the only part that wowed me.
