Typical new age bunk. Ignore and run from reality. Take deep breaths. If what Tolle has is "enlightenment" I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy. If you want to be lead around by the nose, see famous historical figures ( like Jesus and Buddha ) misquoted, and misinterpreted this is the book for you. If you want something of substance, or value, look elsewhere.
