I have mixed feelings about this book. I listened to the audible version, read by Echart Tolle and found it difficult to listen to. His voice is close to monotone and so together with the content, it's reasonably easy to drift off, exactly opposite of what the writer intended! However, I returned to it again this year (started some time back) and found it much more engaging than when I first started and I plan to reread the material. There are really good points, about being present. I really recommend this, although I'd suggest the book and not the audio, and with a pencil - I plan to do that.
