"Approaching death and death itself, the dissolution of the physical form, is always a great opportunity for spiritual realization."
(I laughed out loud when I read this quote)
A very enlightening book. Had a lot of great tips for living in the present moment and finding inner peace. However, I would've liked this book more if Eckhart Tolle hadn't presented the subject in a question and answer type format. In the beginning it flowed and made sense but towards the end the questions became really whiny and stupid. It was a little distracting.
I think anyone that is that resistant to the present wouldnt have had the patience to get that far in the book.
I would have enjoyed a better break down in chapters regarding, relationships, work, life and death etc if it hadnt been written in the Q&A style. Still a good book.
