Starts of well enough as a modern explanation of Zen, but quickly moves beyond it's scope into at times absurd notions. Tolle has a great understanding and articulation of living in the moment and the utility of mindfulness. He is at his best and is truly inspirational when he sticks to that. He is at his worst when he starts delving into 'higher vibrational frequencies' and other new-agey word play.
