Pretty good. I think he's on to something. But I object to his use of science-sounding language that implies some sort of scientific validation for things are clearly not scientific (there is no literal "emotional energy field" in the universe that anybody can prove. I'm glad I read it, and it is helpful. However, it would be more helpful and a much quicker read if he lost pseudo-scientific mumbo jumbo.
