Difficult read, and strangely repetitive. I was expecting something earth shattering, what I got was a lot of pseudo scientific words strung together as if Tolle was trying to convince you he knows way more than you do. If you take away a couple of high level bullet points from this, you will see things you very easily could have read in any number of other books, as many other reviewers have mentioned. Give me Jack Kornfield, who teaches awareness with stories and humor, any day. I listened to this on audiobook, read by Tolle himself. He is quite dry - it was like listening to a computer read the book, albeit with a German accent. That didn't help.
