I could only get through about thirty pages before I had to give up. I felt like he kept repeating himself, but in different ways. And I can understand being in the moment when doing one thing (such as writing this review) but to turn my brain off and only think one thought at a time? Maybe it's the mom/wife in me but I think that is pure nonsense.
