I found this book to have truthful and helpful knowledge contained within but it also felt like a copy cat of many other books already having been out there on the topic of spiritual enlightenment. It didn't sound authentic or like a genuine original. I am skeptical as to if the author himself ever experienced any of the things he wrote about first hand.
