There were a few good nuggets but I had such a difficult time getting through the book and in fact stopped reading because of that. The stream of consciousness style of writing was too much and I think the author was trying to get too much info in at one time. Or maybe it was the editing I didn't like. I have read other books about mindfulness and living in the present that were easier to get through and understand the nuances.
