A clear and simple message to live in "the now." I found the book enlightening and pretty reasonable all-around. Part of me remains skeptical as to how effective Tolle's strategies are (i.e. he was "enlightened" sitting on park benches for months?), but the book has a lot of solid points and puts things in perspective.
