Alhamdulilah I read that book before I got INSANE!!
It took me four months with this book. It was one of the most inspiring experiences. I have never imagined that I would get over mind patterns and free myself from the pain - body to get more access into the NOW which means more peace, and more inner - body awareness , NO MORE PAIN!!
I do love this line; " You may not be happy, but you will be at peace."
I do love this book. :) Alhamdulilah (My praises to Allah ) :))
