So...I really wanted to get this book. I think the basic principles it narrates about are very healthy and to me, commonsensical in a way. But... I don't believe my personality frame allows a revelation at this point. My mind's just too busy all the time. And although the book evangelizes Zen, living in the present, becoming "one with yourself", it doesn't give you any particular "how to" techniques. For me it is definitely a realm worth investigating, but I just don't resonate with notions I now find vague.
