If you've been following what I read, you may allow me to posit that this author may have broken his brain prior to writing this book. I appreciate the sentiments, but question whether anybody can go from mental anguish to Buddha-level enlightenment overnight. Don't let that stop you from reading the book though. There's more to it than all that.
