The writing is bad, but I mean really bad, the "question and answer" format is confusing, inconsistent and overall hard to follow. There are quite a few references to the words of Buddha or Jesus but they are completely taken out of the original context and explained in a way so that they they fit into this book. At times it does make some good points but they would easily fill up to 5 pages, the rest is just noise. It's not all bad, but it must be read very critically and one definitely cannot accept all the things in the book as truths, despite the fact that that's exactly how the author puts them.
