As much as I enjoyed this book, please ignore the hippie pseudoscience!
* Molecules do not become physically denser from enlightenment.
* Menstruation pain is not from the collective female suffering.
* All the crap about energy frequencies.
* "Seeing for yourself" != having a scientific basis.
* etc, etc.
But the zen and spiritual practice is dead on!
